"Dr. Phuong Le Callaway's Kitchen Recipes" is a Vietnamese American family fund-raiser recipe cookbook to support various educational scholarship programs at Fork Union Military Academy and Air Force Aid Society and as a personal tribute to Lieutenant General (USAF-RET) John E. Jackson, Jr. and Mrs. Barbara Q. Jackson, Brigadier General (USAF) Ed "Hertz" Vaughan and Mrs. Napita Vaughan. The recipes are originated from her kitchen and reflect her day-to-day and special occasions cooking for practicality, appeal, and taste for family and friends.
