I didn't want my sister to die.
Sixteen-year old Teresa has stopped hanging around old friends and is trying to change her life for the better. Still, she hates the world she lives in because she is being bullied by a former best friend. Her mother and father are divorced, and her grandma's health is declining. Teresa finds comfort in looking at magazines of places with a peaceful setting and shares these places with her younger sister, Desiree. Teresa struggles with staying on the right track.
