This study elicit the effect of Isha AUM with standardized hydration education strategy, in bringing the changes in the hydration status (body hydration status via USG, UpH and hydration knowledge, attitude & practices)and psycho-physiology (SRT and CRT) of young male hockey players. Subjects were divided into EG and CG and their body hydration status and psycho-physiological parameters and changes in spiritual & related parameters were assessed before and after the implementation of the Isha AUM (implemented only in EG for 21 days) and also the effect of hydration education module on knowledge, attitude and practices was studied.Scores for hydration knowledge, attitude and reported practices were similar and low, which improved significantly after the implementation of the hydration education module. After Isha AUM, there was a significant improvement in USG ,psycho-physiology and practices regarding hydration in the EG, while no change was observed in CG which indicates, inclusion of Isha AUM tool to the hydration education module brings, about the improvement in the the necessary change in the hydration behavior with concomitant improvement in body hydration.
