It is the fictionalized story of a consultant which in the middle of economic crisis discovers that her main job, additionally to advice on technical issues and processes to customers, is to help them regain the lost illusion of everyday contingencies. To accomplish this task the protagonist recommends reconnect with the client and having him/her always present prior to any corporate action is taken, at the same time, to keep in mind the business opportunities that can generate every daily action.
