Elding

Elding er skáldsaga sem fjallar um ellideildina á Íslandi á 10. öld. Í bókinni má lesa um jófélagi og innri vangana í ví ári 980, egar órur kolbeinsson á Fljótshli var í gærunni a leggja til afdráttaror gegn Hákonar-konungi jarli. Jafnframt er hún sögulega réttmæti og hefur góa sögulega nákvæmni. Sögulegar heimildir eru gagnlegar í skráningu starfsemi og daglegt líf frumbyggja á Íslandi.
