As members of the body of Christ we encourage and strengthen each other. Encouraging your self is necessary. You are a spirit being; you have a soul and you live in a physical body. A need for encouragement is a spiritual issue. It is an indication of spiritual ware fare over your life. The only way to fight is to do it in faith. Without faith, it is impossible to please God. Praying the Armour of God on yourself is essential. Guarding the various aspects of your spirit and using the spiritual weapons God has given you strengthen and make you more than a conqueror. Realizing that you must feed your spirit is the first step towards your victory. Directly receiving the Word of God is necessary to build up your spirit. Building up yourself in the Holy Faith is about what essential things are required to build yourself up spiritually and what things you should fast from. It means total reliance on God and His Word and fighting the fight of faith with spiritual weapons.
