Epidemic 7.3k: The Rising

After a devastating virus, New York City is overrun by flesh-eating creatures. Terrance, a tough survivor, leads his group from their stronghold on the Lower West Side. On a scavenging mission with Debo and Anna to a restaurant rumored to have a solar-powered freezer, they encounter desperate survivors, stray dogs, and the infected. A mysterious sniper saves them, but at the restaurant, they find canned goods and their savior, now an infected horror, in the meat locker. Determined, they gather supplies and head for a nearby abandoned helicopter. As they repair it, cannibalistic zombies track them, culminating in a fight for survival. They uncover shocking truths about the outbreak and make sacrifices that ignite hope amidst the chaos.
