Popeye Harnish is a Care Pastor and Life Coach with his wife Rhonda for Victory Life Sherman, A Duane Sheriff ministry in North Texas. A graduate from Corning College and The University of Texas Arlington he holds degrees in Human Services, Clinical Social Work and Sociology. Together they own Above Access a ADA Handicap Construction firm that services clients in Texas and Oklahoma. They are a blended family of seven children and seventeen grandchildren.
