Franklin Edwards' walk with Jesus seems to be exceptionally blessed. He has personally known the Lord since childhood. His parents are Christians. His lovely wife is a devout follower of the Savior. His young daughters are covenant children. He is surrounded daily by brothers and sisters in Christ. Life is truly glorious for the faithful schoolteacher as the new millennium pushes forward. But the Darkness always tries to shadow the Light, as Franklin brutally discovers during a somber season of ever-deepening despair. In fact, all hope appears lost until God reminds the wayward disciple of His everlasting presence in the lives of those He has called His own. Eternity Beckons is an invitation to travel alongside one of the Lord's beloved saints as he journeys down a predestined path toward a new beginning.
