Ethics has been a concerned in all areas of business and has an effect on human resources departments and human resource management. There are many different areas and ways to conduct human resources as there is a large amount of different situations that are need to be considered. For example, recruitment, profitability and people management. This will be determined by what concepts have been implemented in the work place to allow effective management of people and remain profitability. This will have included what old concepts have been implemented and remain within workplaces and what new concepts have been implemented also. But not only what concepts have been implemented, but how strategic management aspects have influenced the human resource landscape and different departments around the world. There needs to be an understanding of is determined as an ethical issues are within human resources. Looking at managing human resources and how education can affect the ethical issues surrounding human resources and how education could lead to better management within the human resource department, but also within the organisation as a whole. But also, what issues could arise when the department is going through a recruitment process or in the process of mergers or acquisitions. For example, what issues arise when a company is taking over the another company or what issues arise when an organisation is being taken over. Also, how better education could allow for the better process of quality of human resource management that could have a positive effect on the organisation as a whole. This could have a follow through effect and influence the quality of management tools within the organisation and investment within human resource. As human resources are an extension of business, there would be an overlapping of the two areas of business ethics and human resource ethics. Looking how these two areas have shaped the way modern business is conducted and what concepts are used to maintain profitability for company. Also, looking at how the modern way of doing business has influenced business such as data analysis to determine better human resource in different departments. But also, how could these two types of ethical standards could have a negative effect on the other. Providing a moral cross road in the world place and organisation. Human resources can be extremely different from a developing and developed country and the economic, but also the culture of the country as well. For example, it may be considered ethical to work over the eight-hour work day and more expected to full fill a 14 hour working day in different industries like administration and government. But not only looking at big businesses and organisation, but how do small to medium size enterprises gain profitability by effective human resource management, and what ethical issues could arise from these. But where could ethics become transparent and fuzzy methods provide logic for human resource issues.
