Eugene LOVES asking questions and solving mysteries. At bedtime, he always hears choo choo, chug-a-luga, chug-a-luga, choo choo, and because Eugene always sees "Trains Passing By", he decides to solve this train mystery. Where is the train going and what is on it? "Trains Passing By" is about a curious and mystery-solving detective in training, as Eugene and his team of Louise, Lewis, and Rock seek out the answer to Eugene's questions about the train.
