Imperialism is the root of most problems in the Merged Seas. The Golden Empire, and the empire of Levac have been the scourge of Araxia for centuries. They take what they want and leave little behind.

Zyree has spent her life trying to put an end to it. Years spent searching for the one who will unite Araxia, the one worthy to wield the hammer that broke the mountain and merged the seas. But will he be ready when the enemy comes again?

Darius was snatched away from his mother as a baby. All his life he's been brought up on one word: destiny. When the Levacians start work on an evergreen mine in the south of Araxia, he has a chance to become the hero he was born to be. But has that chance come too soon?

The enemy may have guns, but in the jungle, spears and shields, bows and arrows, and a great big hammer rule the way.
