This volume will deepen understanding of contemporary jurisprudence, by touching on all aspects of Dworkin's theories, so it can serve as a companion volume to study of his main works. It includes an essay by Dworkin restating his main views, an introduction by Justice Stephen Breyer, and cutting-edge contributions by leading legal theorists.
