Faces of Grief

Grief.

The word itself is practically taboo. It's no wonder that the world avoids grief - because it's uncomfortable. Yet it's the one thing that every single one of us will experience - more than once.

Psychologist, Widow, and Founder of Griefhab, Samantha Ruth, has created a movement with Faces of Grief. A movement to have the conversations. To break the stigmas. To provide support and resources. To help those suffering silently!

Faces of Grief is a collection of 30 real and raw stories - about all different kinds of loss. Because grief is invisible.

And this world expects people to be "ok" by this date.

But Grief never ends.

But life keeps moving.

And we keep functioning.

Because we have to.

These authors have come together to share their stories of having their lives shattered into millions of pieces. And their stories of how they put them back together. They share the tools and resources that help them ride the waves of grief. The waves that those who have experienced grief know will keep coming.

Together, these authors have created support to help you get through your healing journey. Your way! They've shared their stories to let you know that you're NOT alone, and that healing IS possible.

It's our collective hope that these stories will help raise awareness, inspire compassion, provide support, and most importantly, instill hope.... in each and every person struggling with a loss.
