This book is based on the author's masters thesis entitled "Factors Influencing the Practice of Resource Planning and Leveling in the Kenyan Construction Industry: A Survey of Contractors in Nairobi County." The study sought to explore the practice of Resource Planning and Leveling in the Kenyan Construction Industry and the rationale behind such practices. This book seeks to inform the reader on such practices, challenges faced, benefits realized and the views of the Kenyan Construction Industry with regard to whether Resource Planning and Leveling is a promoter or inhibitor of construction project success.
