The new edition of "Q and A Family Law" contains 50 exam type questions and answers, which incorporate the most recent decisions and statute law on a whole range of family law topics. Each chapter contains an overview or summary on the law concerning a particular topic, which is then explored through the use of problem and essay questions. This new edition has been updated to keep pace with the rapid changes taking place in family law in the UK.
