1.0 INTRODUCTION

The evolution of the Cinema Industry as a medium of entertainment

is one of the major achievements of mankind in recent times

As for Cinema, no other source of entertainment has achieved

such universal acceptability. Cinema entertains people from

all sections of society i.e. from intellectuals to laymen,

the young & old as well as the rich & poor. Cinema in

various languages is viewed by millions of people throughout

the world. Wide acceptability and its popularity as a source

of entertainment have made cinema a great commercial

endeavor within a few years of its birth.
