Finally Free!!

One of the most frustrating components of post-modern Christianity comes from our efforts to please the Lord. For many years we have been taught to walk in fear of the Lord and avoid certain worldly trappings. For instance, many Christians were told to avoid smoking and drinking as it would result in an eternity in hell. In my youth we were not even allowed to go to the beach or amusement parks. We were told we must avoid the seat of the scornful. Our women wee told to avoid wearing pants at any function and they could not cut their hair or wear modern garments. Any violation would result in being banished to hell!
After more than thirty years serving the Body of Christ, Bishop Lambert has discovered these rules were not necessary any longer. True freedom was not expressed in the bondage of religion and doctrine. True freedom was manifested in our love for God. The purpose of this book is to give the child of God a sense of freedom which would result in a real love for the Lord. Bishop lambert believes we should walk with the Lord in true Holiness and joy. The days are gone when we are to fear or dread the appearing of the Lord. We must learn to love Him with all our heart our mind and our soul. True holiness comes from our love for God. As we love Him, fellowship with Him and spend more time with the Lord, we will simply avoid anything that would hinder our walk in Him.
