This journal is a companion to the book 'Finding my Soul at Sea' and hopefully it will become your soul's companion too. 

The Find Your Soul journaling process allows you to begin to write your story. You will be encouraged to live from the perspective of your deep soul connection, which brings feelings of peace, joy, calm, knowingness, flow, magic and safety that we all desire.
