GOD chose you out of 600 Million Sperms to be the one to enter this world with powerful skills and abilities He place in you that His purpose and plan can be carried out, to make an impact here on this planet called "Earth". GOD did not give Adam owner ship of the "Garden Of Eden" but simple access to the entire vast Garden Of Eden, stating in his word...you may eat freely from any tree in the garden, but not from the tree of good and evil. This is the principle of a common wealth society, such as the state of Virginia and Pennsylvania in the exercise of their imposed tax system of all places and things within these states.It is a principle reason why these states thrive as an economically sound society within the United States.
