Finding Your Voice

In Finding Your Voice, Sarah Freed combines her roles as poet and psychotherapist, to show the benefits of using creativity as a means for emotional expression. Sarah bravely tells her own story through poetry and shares her experience as a therapist to offer support to others who may be struggling to find their voice, and to other therapists who may be looking for another way to promote emotional expression amongst their clients.
