As a quiet community prepares for the 100th anniversary of their 4th of July celebration, danger lurks within. Another holiday, another beloved celebration at risk. Retired detective Howie O'Sullivan was convinced retirement would be a breeze. Just him, his dog Scooby, and the occasional fishing trip. But once again, duty calls.
