Following Creation

"If we want to commune with God more closely within the thrumming pulse of our work week full of trials and challenges, we might take a deeper look into the same creation narrative that offers us the theme of rest on the holy Sabbath. We might track what God did throughout that first week and follow its path in our lives. Perhaps by emulating, at least metaphorically, God's activity on each day of that first week, we might better grasp what God is doing in the world now. We might also find a more sustainable rhythm for communion with the divine and further meaning in our lives each week as we follow along"--
