oyce has been the "help meet" of Carroll Thompson through forty years of marriage and ministry - a ministry which has included teaching and counseling on many mission fields ofthe world. The two served for extended periods of resident work with Bible schools in Brazil, Portugal and the U.S.A. They also are the proud parents of four sons, a daughter and a foster daughter.
Footprints of the Godly Woman- designed as a study for women's groups or for individuals-began as material Joyce used to teach a class called "For Women Only" at Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas. The understanding of what makes a woman godly has been blurred and almost lost in the aggressive feminist and humanist movements of our day.
