Forbidden Desires

In 1950 South Dakota, twenty-three year old Robert Sterling is a handsome, wealthy and powerful womanizing son of a deceased mob boss who has met the woman he has chosen to be his forever. Vivian Martin is a twenty-two year old stunning waitress caught in an endless cycle of poverty and abuse. After she has refused all of his offers to wine and dine her, he decides to break his own rule of living as his father did and sets out to use a manipulative tactic of his father's to get what he wants. When Robert discovers the outstanding debt Vivian's father has to his father, he now has the "power of knowledge"; that of which will give Vivian no other choice but to cross over to his world.

Although Vivian is attracted to him, she continues to deny it to herself, as she was raised by her strict Catholic mother, and her faith in God is everything to her. She has dug her heels in when it comes to Robert; he frightens her and yet, he stirs feelings in her that she has never felt before. Her mother has been deceased for many years, leaving just her and her father; who is an out of work, gambling alcoholic and he depends on Vivian to take care of him by working outside of the home.

When Robert gets what he wants and moves Vivian in with him to be his "personal assistant", she meets someone with a vicious streak who has teamed up with the devil himself; and they will do anything to be sure that Vivian is erased from Robert's life in order for both of them to get what they want.

Once Robert learns that there are threats against Vivian, the darkest side of his temper rises, and all of those years of seeing the unthinkable as a young child has now been ignited; and no one will be able to stop him, as he will stop at nothing to save the woman he loves.
