Taking place in 836 AD, it is the story of Dara, the priestess of the Sisters of the Stone Circle, and Lothar, the son of a Norse trader. ..... I thoroughly enjoyed this book and the journey of Dara and Lothar. The main characters are wonderfully fleshed out, the story line is strong with a few unexpected twists that kept me guessing throughout the book. The secondary characters are also very intriguing and I'm curious to learn more about them in coming books. I look forward to reading the next book in this series and finding out where Dara and Lothar's lives will take them - Amazon Review
