Fractured Soul

A string of murders ran rampant in the dark streets of Philodendron. In each crime scene bore the signatures of two different killers: One apparently done by random and the other driven by a deep sense of obsession about the Bible that further convoluted his motive, leaving the police blind and baffled. Arriving straight from Washington, Wayne Evans was drawn to a murder of a high profile case seemingly instigated by politics. As the elections drew near, his investigations spiraled into a web of intricate murders solely linked by a methodology that was getting bolder and brutal than the last.
