»Guarantees of Freedom of the German Constitution in Climate Protection Law«: The work is dedicated to the tension between climate protection and the guarantee of freedom. On the one hand, the guarantee of freedom demands protection against climate change-related threats, while on the other hand, a potentially unlimited freedom conflicts with climate protection. The work examines whether the German Constitution guarantees a right to environmental pollution in the form of greenhouse gas emissions and, in contrast, whether the German Constitution guarantees a right to climate protection.
