From Vision to Reality

God's call to ministry is an invitation to partner with Him. In From VISION
to REALITY, we see God's desire is to be an active participant in the
Implementation of His vision to us. As servants of the King of kings, we
are in the business of raising up people who can lead Christ's Church and
His mission in our congregation and into our community. FROM VISION TO
REALITY was written to help believers navigate the challenging process of
bringing that dream into reality.
God is glorified when His partners complete their assignments in the midst
of spiritual warfare, financial reversals, and unexpected roadblocks.
God's love is manifested to a hurting world and souls are added to His
kingdom. God will touch His world as you navigate every obstacle and
fulfill His vision for you!
ESTELLE GROSS CYRUS is founder and Director of "Right Way"
Ministries International Inc. (RWMII) in Baltimore, Maryland.
Founded 31 years ago, RWMII has taken Dr. Cyrus to Europe,
Asia, Africa, South America, the Caribbean, and across the
United States, including work among the Native Americans.
Dr. Cyrus learned to unleash God's power against great odds to found
RWMII. Over 31 years ago there was no support for an African American
female who was called by God to go into the world and made disciples.
Dr. Cyrus desires believers to operate in the miraculous as they trust
God in partnership.
Dr. Cyrus graduated from Washington Bible College and Capital Bible
Seminary (CBS). She was the first female to receive a Masters of Theology
Degree from CBS. Dr. Cyrus is married to Dereck Cyrus. They have three
grown children. When not traveling, she ministers at her home church,
Grace Pointe Community Church of the Nazarene.
