Fully in Focus

So often when we pray, we are so focused on ourselves and our needs that we lose focus of the one who is able to meet those needs. Learning to fully focus on God and his attributes causes worship and praise to spring forth and enables bold, confident prayer. Fully in Focus is a collection of scriptures that illustrate 52 selected attributes of God. Though it would be impossible to adequately describe God, these scriptures help shift our focus from what we can do to what God can do, strengthening our faith. Each week as you read the scriptures and focus on a new attribute, your vision of God will become clearer as you experience the fullness of who he is. This clear focus of God inspires trust and brings peace as we pray. Our spirit is at rest when God is fully in focus. Carol Graves began her walk with God early in her marriage. Always enjoying music, Carol and her family shared their faith through a music ministry. After a career in the medical field, Carol used her musical gift teaching music in a Christian school, writing and producing children's musicals, and later, teaching science. Her passion for prayer became life transforming in 1993 when she joined a Moms In Touch International prayer group, which she has led for the past five years. Her desire in writing this book is to share this collection of scriptures with the hope that it will encourage others to pray with confidence as they focus on God.
