Fundamentals of Parliamentary Debate: Approaches for the 21st Century is an introduction to parliamentary debate that includes a short history of intercollegiate debate as a whole. Parliamentary-style debate is the most practiced style of intercollegiate debate in the United States. This text provides insight into developing skills for NPDA-style debate, however, many of these skills can be used in any form of parliamentary-style debate.
