This story is about a six-year-old boy who loves to dance. He joins the Wild Magnolia tribe in the city of New Orleans. The Mardi Gras Indians have a unique subculture tradition celebrated by predominantly African-American communities. The tribes pay respect to Native Americans that helped shield runaway slaves.
