When a storm washes a crippled ship into the waters of Acadia, the quiet of the exiled American government is broken. On the run and with a price on all of their heads, the envoy from Acadia assumes cover identities and boards an experimental commercial flight, which also carries a group of young people from Detroit. The flight for all of them turns out to be a trap.
