Growing Season

In the midst of paralyzing grief, Arlene Bernstein took a walk to her small vegetable garden, tucked amidst acres of vineyard that she and her husband tended as the owners of Mount Veeder Winery. In that garden, she began a journey, quietly listening to what nature has to teach about renewal after loss. Growing Season is an invitation to slow down and notice what is right in front of us and discover the power of living mindfully and attentively, which reconnects us with our deepest sources of creativity and nourishment. It will speak to anyone in the midst of change seeking deeper understanding and a more joyous connection to life.
