Leander Cross, a Hollywood movie producer, returned home to Indianapolis to sell his dad's home. While in town, he attended a neighborhood crime watch meeting. There he met committee member Paula Gaines, and her BFF committee chairman, Michelle Anderson. Little did they know, he and Michelle would later team up and head to Washington to fight for gun control and to avenge the rape and murder of their good friend.
