Hanbali Fiqh of WOrship

Before you is a translation of Shaykh Quddmi’s

booklet on the masil of worship. He was an authority

on the anbali madhhab at the end of the 19th and

beginning of the 20th century. He was a mufassir, a

muaddith, a jurist and grammarian.

In the Syrian print of this book, he is referred to as

“the author of this book the renown virtuous teacher,

Shaykh Msa Effendi Al-Quddmi Al-Nabulsi Al

Hanbali…”

The masil in this book are presented in a simple

language and a question-and-answer format. This is

an educational or teaching text and will greatly

benefit as a qida or primer to other texts of the

anbali madhhab such as Dallut Talib or Zd ul

Mustaqni, InshaAllh.
