Harlem Raiders

Based on a true story, a white, NYPD Sergeant with his diverse narcotics team, "The Harlem Raiders," and a black female community leader, form an unlikely union.  They are shadowed by a rogue, undercover federal agent who uses her skills to covertly protect them as they work together to defeat a trio of Mafioso families who have flooded their Harlem community with heroin.

Following the overdose deaths of two high school teens, a memorial service is held where a community elder tells her heart-wrenching story, in graphic detail, of how decades earlier, their neighborhood was besieged by organized crime.

This then and now saga delves into a police and community partnership that allowed a team of crime-fighting narcs to restore freedom to this historic community.
