Author Kiki Chalupnik, is a Chicago-born native. She has been blessed with fifty-nine years of marriage to her best friend and high-school sweetheart, Rick. Kiki has always been a story-teller, teaching Sunday school for thirty-five years. Rick and Kiki were instrumental in a church plant in the Chicago suburbs and remained active there for many years. After her father's death in a house fire that claimed their home, Kiki and Rick moved to Arizona in 1996. She has served in women's ministries and led Bible studies for women. Kiki's first book, Worth The Wait, took third place in the Christian fiction category of Xulon Press's Christian Author Awards.
