Hey, I'm Here Too!

"Hey, I'm Here Too!: A Book For Tween/Teen Siblings of a Young Person With Emotional Issues" is intended to respond to the need of kids who often feel lost and invisible in a family in which a sibling has emotion dysregulation. The goal of the book is to offer encouragement, validation, support, and guidance to these "healthier siblings." The format of the book is unique and designed to appeal to a young, social-media-savvy audience. It comprises a series of text message conversations between Sherry, a girl whose brother hurts himself, and Kevin, a boy with a sister who has uncontrolled rage which leads to destructive behaviors.
