I have suffered this loss and understand this unthinkable trauma. This book includes some of the things I found to ease the depth of the unimaginable pain my heart has endured.

My daughter was 26 when she took her life. Picking myself up and moving forward seemed impossible. Yet I still continued to breathe.

I made some progress when I became spiritual and a wonderful thing happened. I soon realized I could still have a relationship with my daughter, just in a different way.
