Hues of You

This activity book provides caregivers and kids a interactive, engaging, and age-appropriate way to navigate conversations around skin tone, race, and racism.

Crafted by an experienced educator and advocate for antiracism, Hues of You offers a smart and honest starting point to help families, schools, and communities have natural, effective, and meaningful conversations with kids about skin tone and race.

Divided into four main sections--Hues of You, Hues of Your Family, Hues of Your Ancestors, and Hues of Your Friends--each page gives kids space to explore their identity in a variety of social contexts, empowering them (and their parents and caregivers) to openly recognize, embrace, and celebrate the diversity of skin colors in the world around them.
