Human Fertilization in Vitro

Reviews and evaluates the Catholic moral position on in vitro fertilization. In order to reach a conclusion on this complex moral question, several related issues are considered including medical literature, testimony of Scripture, ethical literature, and the parameters observed by those directly involved with the procedure. Based on these considerations, the author concludes the in vitro fertilization is morally permissible.
