Jerry Benham is an entomologist living in Colorado with bunches of forests, mountains, wildlife, and wildfires. Human Metamorphosis: The Making of a Man chronicles his long, fascinating career path and the many opportunities that came his way in his life-as a Hawaii field forest entomologist, a researcher in space for NASA, a member of the City of Amherst Police Force, a personal bodyguard for Randolph Hearst, and a department associate at U.C. He has presented numerous seminars at major universities and institutions throughout North and South America, Europe, and Asia, and has been published in numerous scientific books and journals.
