I Am BEAUTIFUL is about a girl who is blind yet believes she can see. She chooses to focus on the beauty she senses around her, rather than any danger, fear, or uncertainty. With strength and confidence, she does everything herself. Even though she is disabled, she lives life to the fullest.Don't let obstacles stand in the way of being successful. Embrace who you are, strive to do your best, and always believe in yourself. If a blind girl can do all these things, then you can too.

About the Author:

During the week, Sameal W Graves works as an inter-related paraprofessional teacher, assisting teenage students who have special disabilities. Sameal likes to help students strive to be successful, and her main goal is to build their self-esteem, self-worth, and self-motivation.Family is very important to Sameal, and she spends quality time with her immediate family and reaches out to extended family often. In her spare time, Sameal enjoys cooking, yard grooming, shopping, writing, and watching movies. Sameal also attends church where she is a leader in an organization called Junior Stewardess. There, she teaches young teenage girls how to prepare communion, assist ministers, and help the congregation when needed. The group also volunteers their services to senior citizens in nursing homes in their community.
