I Am Enough

Did well in school. Check. Graduated and chose a secure career. Check. Found someone to build a family with. Check. Stefanie is an advocate for mental health and is hoping to normalize the conversation surrounding anxiety and depression. She is a Registered Nurse, doula, entrepreneur, and writer.
