The goal of the book is for my grandchildren and readers to become aware of the responsibility we have as human beings to take care of our health and not take everything for granted.In part 2 of the book, I explain the immense suffering I endured due to my lack of knowledge in identifying the truth. It is crucial for us to recognize that the responsibility of safeguarding our most valuable asset, our health, lies solely with us.
