I am the sun

"from the bare bones,comes creation"In Arlyne's final poetry collection to her three book 'series', I am the sun, the aftermath of her trauma and grief left Arlyne with no other choice but to descend down into the darkest parts of herself and restore what has been lost. As Arlyne descends down to the bare bones, she reignites a flame that dances and flickers as she feels through and holds the most wounded parts of herself. Arlyne vulnerably exposes her process of self-healing by sharing her deepest thoughts, fears, worries and beliefs of herself while also sharing her growing feelings of self-love, hope, peace, joy, happiness, and forgiveness. As the flame burns brighter, Arlyne finally becomes the source of her own healing, climbing out of the darkness and into the light, where Arlyne embraces her light and returns her inner flame back to her rightful place.
