He is also certified in Clinical Pastoral Education completing his chaplaincy residence at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital and Texas Children's Hospital in Houston.

As the lead pastor of the Village in DeSoto, Texas, he draws from his experiences in ministry to inspire others to prioritize their well-being through seeking God, and looking within to discover purpose, set priorities, and live a more fulfilled life.
