I Want to be Like: A Story of Family Love

Jordan's teacher, Ms. Hattie, gave her homework to choose a family member that she wants to be like.Jordan thinks about each of family member as she lays in bed before her big day at school. She highlights her mommy, daddy, sister, and brother as well as all the things she likes about them. On the bus ride to school the next morning, Jordan has an epiphany, so she draws a picture to share with her class. Jordan is the first to present her homework and at that moment, she teaches the class a valuable lesson.
