Oscar is a small, white dog that loves to roll in muddy places. He always gets upset when he is being scolded and wishes he could be someone else. One day, he decides to explore the neighborhood to find out whom he would like to be. Along the way, he finds some choices that interest him: a bird, a squirrel, a worm, a skunk and a raccoon.
